LED displays are replacing traditional LCDs in more and more applications
For presentation systems, an LED size of around 135 inches has become the norm, as the Full HD resolution of 1920 × 1080 px is achieved natively with a sensible pixel pitch of 1.5 mm.
It makes sense to be able to use such LED walls flexibly, not just for economic reasons
As a solution, there are various wheeled stands available in the market. However, a basic wheeled stand is only suitable for indoor use and even then, its mobility is often limited by doorways.
The solution? A mobile lift system
Electric height adjustment allows the LED wall to be easily raised to the desired viewing height, or lowered to reposition the system.
But even basic lifting systems can quickly reach their limits
Modern all-in-one LEDs, in particular, often have a so-called bar along the bottom edge, housing cables, connectors, and, in some cases, controllers. The bar is a tidy design solution, but it can increase the height of the LED housing by more than 10 cm.
When you add the required base plate, castors, and perhaps any spring travel, the entire system quickly reaches minimum heights of over two meters. If you want to use this system in rooms with standard doors, the LED wall, even with the mobile lift system, will need to be dismantled and reassembled in the next room.

MediaScreen now offers the ScreenLifter mobileLED 145, a system that enables LEDs with a housing height of over 1715 mm to pass through standard doors with a height of 2 meters effortlessly.
Based on the SL mobileLED 135, the ScreenLifter mobileLED 145 naturally offers the same convenient features as other models in the ScreenLifter series.
It features an innovative loading/unloading system that allows you to unpack, position, and set up your LED screen within minutes using a remote, without the need for tools or heavy equipment. This not only saves time and labor costs but also protects the LED wall from damage.
The electromechanical lifting system enables the LED wall to be lowered to the base plate for passing through doorways or maintenance. 136 cm of vertical travel ensures your LED display will captivate attention – even from the ‘back rows’ – helping you effectively deliver your message.
Additionally, for increased support and static stability, four optional base extensions are available for scenarios such as increased wind load in large exhibition halls, allowing the LED wall to be raised to a maximum height of approximately 205 cm (center of the image).
The ScreenLifter mobileLED 145 comes in a compact, vibration-damped flight case that allows it to pass through standard door openings that are 85 cm wide and 200 cm high.
Thanks to the advanced flight case design, the ScreenLifter mobileLED 145 can be transported on trucks equipped with standard liftgates without the need for additional equipment such as forklifts.
For pure in-house mobility, a specially developed roller board is available as an alternative to the flight case.
